Are you a tenacious and driven marketing manager who understands the correlation between the marketing strategy and the revenue line? Are you skilled in developing and executing a wide variety of marketing strategies to deliver inbound sales enquiries?

The successful candidate will be a Marketing Manager that is looking for an opportunity to create, lead and deliver a marketing strategy, with the full support for the wider business and full control of a generous marketing budget.

The Role

The Marketing Manager is tasked with taking full responsibility of creating, driving and delivering the company’s marketing strategy to help the business achieve its overall goals. This person will work on their own initiative as well as with external marketing agencies to drive forward marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, market penetration and critically, drive inbound leads and generate revenue.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Management, Sales team and will report directly to the Sales Director.

This individual will need to be a team player that has a tenacious and hands on attitude, working with rigour and accuracy. The role requires someone who possesses a broad marketing skillset and understands how the marketing efforts translate into sales and revenue achievement, that also has creative flair whilst still producing thoughtful content and communications that reflect the company’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations and events.

* Take full responsibility for the marketing budget.

* Ultimately drive the generation of inbound leads, measured against company KPI’s to feed the sales team.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing aligns with overall business objectives.

* Manage any outsourced marketing activity to ensure effectiveness and value

* Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts including events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material.

* Manage the company’s website, social media, SEO, and other marketing initiatives.

* Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

* Enhance the leads generation process to provide qualified and prioritised leads to the sales team.

* Produce weekly management reports.

Key Capabilities

* Extensive experience in Marketing Communications.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Working knowledge of websites and search engine optimisation (SEO)

* Experience with Hubspot CRM software

* Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

* Strong analytical skills
