We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative support to the Project Team of a very successful business based in Altrincham. This role involves booking travel and accommodation, preparing documents, maintaining project folders, and assisting with project rollouts. You will work closely with Project Managers and must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and use your initiative. Training will be provided for company-specific processes, but proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy is essential.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Project team with administrative tasks

Booking accommodation & travel for engineers

Preparing documentation, collating drawing packs and maintaining project folders

Sending time-sensitive updates to customers and stakeholders

Updating financial information and creating purchase orders

Maintaining trackers and placing orders

Monitoring emails and actioning requests in a timely manner

Requirements:

Prior administrative and customer service experience 

Ability to work to deadlines and follow processes

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Flexibility in working hours to support new build projects

Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday, 37.50 Hours per week

Location: Office based in Altrincham
