Part-Time - 8-10 hours per week
Role: Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant
We are delighted to be working with a national engineering company based in Towcester, Northamptonshire. Thanks to continued growth our client are looking to add an experienced bookkeeper to their office team on a part-time basis.
As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the below duties:
• Recording accounting transactions using Sage 50
• Posting and sending of customer invoices
• Processing supplier payments
• Prepare monthly and annual reports as well as travel expense reports
• Collecting receivables and following up on late payments accordingly
• Create cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank payments and bank reconciliation
• Support with general administrative tasks as required
About you
• Bookkeeping experience ideally from working in a commercial environment.
• Experience in Sage 50 Accounts or a similar software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Be able to work independantly and take ownership of your work
• Strong ethics, morals and values
• Flexible working hours
