Job title: Driver/ Installer/ Rapid Response FSE

Location: Ideally based in or around the Oxford/ Milton Keynes area, visiting sites in the South of England.

Salary: Up to c£30,000 (OTE) pa. Up to c£27,000 pa basic + up to £250 per month in incentives + vehicle

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading name within the water purification industry. As a dedicated Driver/ Installer/ Rapid Response Field Service Engineer, you will be the hero our customers can rely on. As a crucial member of our team, you will step in to tackle urgent service jobs that might face obstacles like sickness, stock issues, or tight time constraints. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to never letting our customers down will make you an integral part of our mission.

This role involves extensive travel across a wide area, delivering and installing the companies waterbars/ water dispense equipment (full training provided) in domestic (approx. 80/ 90%) and commercial environments, whilst providing top notch customer care.

Experience being field based and covering a large area would be highly beneficial. As would an understanding in plumbing/ home appliance installation, although this is not essential.

* Respond swiftly to urgent service requests, ensuring that jobs proceed smoothly despite challenges such as sickness or stock issues.

* Be the go-to person for time-sensitive installations and service jobs, embodying the spirit of a rapid response hero.

2. Travel and Flexibility:

* Comfortably travel across a diverse area, embracing the unpredictability of the job.

* Adapt to changing locations and schedules, ensuring a flexible approach to meet customer needs.

3. Passion for Customer Satisfaction:

* Demonstrate a deep passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
