One of Ilford’s most well-established Letting Agents is looking for a Lettings Negotiator who is outgoing, confident, and personable for their busy Ilford office. You will be showing applicants around properties, progressing lets and assisting the team to secure new stock, and ensuring that you are maintaining a high standard of service for clients at all times.

Responsibilities for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

Answering incoming calls/ emails promptly
Registering tenants
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Attending viewing appointments
Obtaining viewing feedback
Negotiating offers
Letting’s administration
Regular landlord contact
Reporting into the Branch Manager
Carrying out routine management inspections of properties
Arranging property repairs etc. Skills & Experience for this Lettings Negotiator role:

1 year's minimum experience in residential property lettings/sales or property management
Be well presented with a confident manner
Have a professional telephone manner
Willing to provide excellent customer service
Hold a UK driving license and have a car
Ability to effectively use Word & Excel, Outlook and appropriate software.
Proactive with good time management abilities. Salary & Benefits for this Lettings Negotiator role include; 

Hours of work 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday (with 1 day off in the week) and Saturdays 9.00am -4.00pm
