Job Title: Legal Secretary - Litigation

Location: Harrow

Contract Details: Part-time position (2-3 days a week) | Can be full-time for the right candidate

Salary: Competitive salary of circa £30,000 per year (pro-rata)

About Our Client:

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly team in their Harrow-based office. As a part-time position, you will provide crucial secretarial support within their litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment, expanding your skills and knowledge in litigation.

Complete various daily tasks such as audio typing of documents, preparing documents for court, opening files, and general admin
Assist with file management, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Maintain communication with clients and other parties involved in the litigation processEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, particularly in litigation
Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using legal case management software
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressureDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Familiarity with court filing systems
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in litigation
Experience working in a fast-paced legal environmentTechnologies:
