Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a public sector estates team who are looking to appoint a Carpenter.

The role

* Working as a key part of the Estate team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a large single site.

* Delivering planned and reactive repairs maintenance

* Working on other projects where carpentry and joinery is required

* Installing and repair of fire doors

* Working with external contractors where required, advising on works.

Requirements

* You will hold an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery

* Good working knowledge and experience of carpentry and joiner

* Experience working with fire doors

* Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

* Salary up to £31,000 dependant on experience

* 40 days of holiday (32 days + 8 bank holidays)
