Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Prior experience working with KS1 students (preferred).
• Enthusiastic and creative approach to teaching.
• Ability to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver inspiring lessons tailored to KS1 students.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants to ensure individual support for students.
• Use creative teaching techniques to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster positive relationships with parents, enhancing the school’s community feel.
