Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor seeking your next opportunity? T4S Education is working with a secondary school in Battersea, London, to recruit a skilled professional to oversee their facilities team, reporting into the Deputy Director of Estates.

The Role:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

* Lead and manage a team of maintenance operatives.

* Ensure the smooth running of the school’s facilities and operations.

* Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption.

* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, ideally in a school or similar environment.

* Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.

* Availability to start work immediately.

* Ability to work full-time hours on a temporary, ongoing basis.

Pay Rate: £140 - £160 per day, depending on experience.
