As Senior Product Engineer, GaN, you will join our talented and ambitious Gallium Nitride (GaN) R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce GaN devices.
What you will do
*
Demonstrate proficiency in electrical results analysis (parametric probe, final tests data)
*
Build dashboards to map out yield across the supply chain
*
Perform yield analysis and oversee lots disposition work
*
Support and partially lead failure investigations for low yield with stakeholders
*
Support and drive yield improvement and cost reduction activities
What you will need
*
Master’s degree in Experimental Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline (PhD preferred)
*
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials
*
Experience of power semiconductor devices, ideally wide band gap GaN HEMTs
*
Industrial experience in yield or product engineering highly desirable
*
Strong data analysis skill and problem-solving skills
*
Good communication skills and professional experience in multicultural environment
*
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), German is a plus
