Senior Project Manager - Hackney, London

Residential Project - Multi Storey and Multi Block

Require a solid all rounder, Ideally technical background i.e Civils, Should also have RC frame Experience and MUST have residential Experience, NOT looking for a PM who is Soley fit out only.

Ideally someone who has experience with multi storey towers as this project has two blocks of 25 and 20 storeys.

The candidate will effectively act and deputise for the PD when not around and will look after day to day operations of all site activities with a team of PMs and CM reporting underneath.

The SPM will also be heavily involved in preparation and reporting of monthly progress meetings upstream supporting the PD
