Job Title: Divisional Commercial Manager

Location: London

Package: £90,000 - £115,000 plus car allowance, flexible working and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are on the lookout for a Divisional Commercial Manager with experience within the Planned Maintenance sector.

You would be leading the Commercia team on a long term contract within the business and this is a role that could lead into a Director position in the future.

Responsibilities

Providing strong leadership and management within a talented Commercial team who you will be responsible for.

Develop and performance manage the divisional strategy, from mobilisation to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, via delivering the promise principles.

Full profit and loss accountability for the region and lead major client accounts, managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion and organic growth, service levels, contract renewal, team development, retention strategy and overall profitability.

Overall and complete accountability for the Customer relationship.

Requirements

Extensive experience within the Planned Maintenance sector.

A Divisional Commercial Manager who has experience running a team.

Ideally Main Contractor background.

Experience managing a team.
