Key Details:

* Pay: £100 per day, with the potential to increase to £130 per day

* Shadow Day: Opportunity to shadow in a local school to gain valuable experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise students in the absence of a regular teacher

* Ensure students remain on task and complete set work

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in line with the school’s policies

* Offer support to students as needed, helping them engage with their learning

* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
