Major Projects

We are working with a Commercial Construction contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across The Northwest. The organisation specialise in major construction projects working with blue chip organisations.

Ideally they are looking for someone from a Tier 1 background with the ability to manage Industrial and commercial build projects from design through to completion. Working alongside the PM and Commercial team the ideal applicant would have strong leadership/client relationship and man management skills to ensure delivery of the projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid working background and experience of overseeing projects of a similar nature.

SMSTS
First Aid
Enhanced DBS
CSCS Managers card
Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project
Managing sub contractors
Overseeing on site Health & Safety
Driving Licence
HNC/HND Construction Management
Toolbox talks
Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
Client facing
