Job Title: Site Manager - Structural Steel (Refurbishment Projects)
Location: City Centre Projects (London)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

A leading company specialising in structural steel is seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing high-value projects in the city centre, ranging from £4-8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage refurbishment projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Lead a team with 2 direct reports and report to the Project Manager.
Utilise your strong knowledge of RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and lift plans to ensure safety and compliance.Requirements:

Minimum 5 year's experience as a Site Manager.
Experience managing projects valued at £2 million+.
