Contract Support / Facilities Coordinator X2

Location: Canary Wharf, E14

Salary: £30,000-£32,000+

Contract: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Overview:

We are seeking two Contract Support / Facilities Coordinators to join our team at a large Data Centre in Docklands. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of contractors, handling purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling works for engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience using a CAFM system (Proteon experience is a plus) and be comfortable managing works in progress.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the day-to-day management of contractors

* Raise purchase orders and handle invoicing

* Liaise with engineers and schedule their work

* Manage and monitor works in progress

* Use the CAFM system Proteon to manage tasks and workflows

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience in a similar role (contract support or facilities coordination)

* Proficient in using CAFM systems, ideally Proteon

* Excellent organizational and communication skills

* Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
