Senior Quantity Surveyor, London

A long standing, Chartered Quantity Surveying near London Liverpool Street, are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with commercial project experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to a Partner but will be given the freedom to run their own London based, commercial projects including fit out (Cat A and B) and refurbishment schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor

* UK construction consultancy / PQS experience

* Experience of running London commercial biased projects

* Pre and post contract experience

* Strong communication skills
