Deputy Manager (RGN Essential) – Warrington

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: 42 hours per week (2 days supernumerary, 2 days nursing shifts)

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join their care facility in Warrington. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to take on a leadership position within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Role OverviewThe Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and the delivery of exceptional care standards. The successful candidate will split their time between supernumerary duties and hands-on nursing, maintaining a strong clinical presence while also managing and mentoring the care team.

Key Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.
Assisting with staff development, including mentoring and training.
Overseeing care plans to ensure they meet individual needs.
Providing leadership and support in the absence of the Home Manager.Candidate Requirements
Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Proven leadership experience within a care setting.
Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
