JOB TITLE- Kitchen Assistant
LOCATION- MAWGAN PORTH, NEWQUAY
PAY- £12.00 per hour + share of hotel tips

My client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join their dynamic team at our busy coastal hotel. In this role, you will support the kitchen team by helping with food preparation, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively complete all tasks instructed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Support chefs with inventory and stock rotation when unloading all deliveries.
• Always adhere to health and safety standards and uphold high levels of food safety and hygiene at all times
• Assist in food preparation if required.
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
