Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are across the Hampshire area specifically within retirement and care homes.

The Role

Carpentry
Plumbing
Wet trades
Mould treatments

Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Complete works on first visit when possible

Skills & Experience

Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
Relevant industry qualifications
