* Operating System Patch management
* Networking and Firewall Management
* Backup and Restore
* Capacity Management and Server Tuning
* License and CERT Management
* Automate manual work
* Problem diagnosis and support
* Software Tools Installation and Management
* Flexibility to travel to remote places on demand (Birmingham + Croydon)
