Tay Recruitment are looking to recruit two Customer Service Advisors for their client based in the Keynsham area. The positions are on a temp to per basis with a immediate start. You will respond to customer enquires via phone and email, book services requests onto the CRM/routing IT systems, chase customers for overdue skip collections, general filing and ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Responsibilities:

* Answering phone, taking & processing bookings, general enquiries.

* Responding to customer emails.

* Processing credit card payments.

* Communication with transport and operations departments.

* Organising skip permits with local council.

* Assisting in the weighbridge as required.

* General Ad-Hoc admin duties.

Other tasks as may be required by site management to assist in the smooth, safe and compliant running of the business and operation.

Skills:

* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.

* Excellent organisation skills.

* Team Player.

* Ability to work to tight deadlines.

* PC literate with experience in using Microsoft packages.

* Ability to work under own initiative.

Desirable Skills:

* Waste management experience.
