Location: Working across two sites in Piccadilly on a weekly rotation
Salary: £45,000 + Company Pension

Are you a skilled and experienced Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the building services sector? Join a leading facilities management provider and play a key role in maintaining and improving client facilities.

The Role

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

* Location: Rotational work across two sites (one week at one site, the next week at the other).

* Perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance tasks.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer, preferably in building services.

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) is essential.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

* Flexibility to rotate between two sites on a weekly basis.

* Located within commuting distance of UB6.
