Customer Service Representative

Are you confident, proactive and looking to grow a career within the construction industry? We have a new vacancy for a Customer Service Coordinator role based at our Bardon Hill office.

You will take inbound calls from new and existing customers to manage the inputting of orders and ensuring there is availability for requirements to be met to see through to delivery.

The key job responsibilities are:-

Executing the plans

Portraying an excellent company image to customers encouraging repeat business

Proactively updating customers on order update.

Act as a focal point for customers for the provision of a wide range of information.

Take orders accurately including associated administration when required

Key Account management & Late load reporting.

Customer orders/Amendments/Complaints.

Any experience with logistics and/or strong geographical knowledge would be an advantage
