Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality surveying, design, and project management services across the built environment.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of surveying services, working on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting detailed building surveys, inspections, and assessments

* Preparing reports, specifications, and contract documents

* Providing expert advice on property defects, maintenance, and refurbishment

* Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

* Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to develop strong working relationships

* Advising on statutory compliance, including planning and building regulations

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual with;

* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment

* Strong technical knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and regulations

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Chartered status (MRICS) is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from experienced professionals working towards chartership.
