An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee a prestigious £200m commercial fit-out project in Central London. This Design and Build project demands expertise in high-specification fit-out works, particularly for reception areas and intricate interiors. As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be at the helm of this high-profile project, ensuring its delivery to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day site operations from set-up to project completion, managing all stages of the fit-out process.

* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, conducting Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, and Security Protocols.

* Secure timely material requisitions to guarantee optimal commercial terms and prevent project delays.

* Collaborate with contractors to identify safety inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements.

* Contribute to Design Team Meetings, influencing design development, buildability, and safety discussions.

Candidate Requirements:

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

* Proven experience managing high-end commercial fit-out projects, particularly reception areas and complex interiors.

* Strong leadership track record, managing large-scale projects with excellence.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to hit the ground running.

* Solid understanding of site operations, procurement processes, and safety protocols.
