Salary: £28,000 - £32,800 (OTE)

What You'll Do:
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Monitoring and managing a high number of accounts to achieve DSO targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Following up on overdue invoices and resolving payment discrepancies via phone and email
Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Preparing regular reports on account status and aged debt

What We're Looking For:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual who has:

Previous experience in credit control
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
