360 Recruitment Consultant – Education
Central London

• Base salary £28-£40k
• Commission paid 10-25% (no threshold for the first 12 months)
• Salary acceleration scheme (you move up salary bandings as you hit certain billing targets)
• Minimum of 6 months experience (must have been as a 360 consultant carrying out cold calling business development)
• Any previous sector experience considered
• 7am-4pm hours during term time (reducing to a 5 hour working day in school holidays)
• Very good management structure, lots of money has been invested into the companies Tech/ marketing
• Really successful agency which has one countless national awards which offers company trips abroad and private healthcare as perks of the role
