Hungarian or German speaking Customer Service Associate

The Company:
Leading UK company with international business

Main duties:
Provide high level customer service and administrative support.

The role:
- Answer telephone calls from customers and make outbound calls when required
- Processing payments and bookings
- Manage inbox and reply to emails
- Handle customs paperwork
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary

The candidate:
- Fluent in either German or Hungarian (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous customer service experience – Desired
- Great communication skills
- Team player and motivated candidate
- Flexible to work occasional weekends

Salary: £22,500 per annum
