Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance works team across Liverpool.

Rate: £19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

Carry out multi - trade maintenance (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties
Working on kitchens and bathroomsRequirements:

NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
Hold a full UK driving licence
CSCS card desirable
