* Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.

* HQ based in Essex with projects in London and the home counties.

The Role - Project Manager

My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join them initially on a project in Cambridge, with further projects being in London and home counties.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating programmes, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery.

* Lead project team

* Monitoring progress

* Ensuring programme dates are met

* Mitigating risks

* Regular meetings with design, precon and subcontractors

* Involvement in cost reporting meetings

* Ensuring method statements/ risk assessments are reviewed
