Metering Analyst
Birmingham (Hybrid)

We are seeking an ambitious Metering Analyst to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for metering-related enquiries, handling registrations, new connections, smart and non-smart metering activities, and settlement processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve metering and settlement queries.
Manage P272 upgrades and regulatory reporting.
Ensure industry flows meet regulatory SLA’s.
Build strong internal and external relationships.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of metering activities.
Work with stakeholders to identify and manage electricity theft.  
What You’ll Bring:

Passion for customer service with a proactive approach.
Understanding of supplier settlement and industry data flows in Energy metering.
Ability to collaborate and meet targets.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing third-party performance (MOPs, DCDAs, DNOs). Salary: £27,000 - £29,000
