Accept Recruitment is looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our client’s production team in Leicester, LE3. This role requires both leadership and active participation in assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead by example – actively participate in assembly tasks, including syringe gluing, hot glue application, and working with acrylic

* Manage and allocate tasks to agency workers to ensure efficient workflow

* Oversee production processes such as stickering, packing, and preparing products for dispatch

* Work closely with management to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards

* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a manufacturing or assembly environment

* Hands-on approach – willing to work alongside the team in assembly and packing tasks

* Strong organizational and leadership skills

* Ability to manage a team effectively while meeting deadlines

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-13:00
