Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage subcontractors and construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Implement health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safety-first culture.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project success.

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry, preferably in commercial or public sector projects.
