Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
Salary: £43,000 - £47,000

Our client, a leading nationwide HGV fleet company, is seeking a motivated Service Controller to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Enquiry Handling: Managing fleet maintenance and service requests via telephone, email, and the online ordering system.
Breakdown Coordination: Handling customer breakdown calls and ensuring timely dispatch of engineers.
Job Card Management: Updating job records within the internal system and efficiently assigning tasks.
Fleet Availability: Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of vehicle availability.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with engineering and transport teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness and dispatch.
Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service by being a friendly and helpful point of contact for depot queries.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Background in HGV fleet management, logistics, or a related sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Requirements:
