Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Birkenhead, Wirral
Hours: Monday to Friday (38 hours over 4 or 5 days)
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum
Overtime: Available at time and a half

We're seeking a skilled CNC Miller Setter to join a growing team in Birkenhead. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both online and offline programming and confident working from technical engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Set, program, and operate CNC milling machines in line with production and safety standards
Perform online and offline programming (experience with Heidenhain controls preferred but not essential)
Carry out minor maintenance and repairs to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detailRequirements

Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar CNC machining role
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
High attention to detail and a methodical approach
Experience with Heidenhain systems is advantageousWhat's On Offer
