Job Title - HSEQ Manager - Construction

Location - London

Salary - £60,000

Role

As a HSEQ Manager Construction, you will:

*

Assist in maintaining and enhancing Health & Safety (H&S), Environmental, and Quality management systems.

*

Provide HSEQ support and guidance for Project/Construction activities by reviewing relevant documentation (WPP/CPP/RAMS) and offering onsite assistance and advice as necessary.

*

Support the Approved Contractor and Supplier process through HSEQ performance assessment, inspection, and auditing.

*

Foster strong working relationships with Franchise HSE professionals and the Partnership team.

*

Stay informed about H&S legislation and provide practical guidance and support to the business as appropriate.

*

Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements of franchise partners by aligning internal documentation, procedures, and practices accordingly.

*

Assist in developing the Project Team's Safety Improvement Plan by setting appropriate objectives and improvement opportunities, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

*

Provide support and direction to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards, as well as maintaining SafeContractor, Network Rail (or equivalent), and RISQS accreditations.

Key Responsibilities

*

25%: Offer professional HSE support and advice, in collaboration with the Head of HSEQ and Project teams, to enhance HSE performance.

*

25%: Conduct accident and incident investigations, providing support where necessary.

*

50%: Guide and support efforts to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards, along with maintaining SafeContractor, Network Rail (or equivalent), and RISQS accreditations.
