Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation within their sector, is currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong credit control skills to take ownership of the accounts receivable function in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🧾 The Role:

As Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the end-to-end credit control process

Chasing outstanding payments via phone, email and written communication

Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts

Setting up new accounts and performing credit checks

Handling customer queries professionally and promptly

Preparing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes

✅ Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with a confident and proactive approach, who is comfortable managing their own ledger. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

Solid working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel

A team-oriented attitude with a drive to meet deadlines and targets
