Site Manager – Shopfitting
£55,000 + Overtime | Based in Plymouth with Nationwide Travel

DK Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing shop fitting company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit outs across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage live shopfitting projects from initial set-up through to successful handover

* Coordinate subcontractors, monitor timelines, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards

* Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations on site

* Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising effectively with clients and resolving issues promptly

* Travel across the UK as required (accommodation and expenses covered)

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a similar site management role, ideally within the shopfitting or fast-track fit-out sector

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Flexibility to travel and stay away as required

* Ideally based in or around the Devon area

* Basic salary of £55,000 per annum

* Paid hourly rate, so you have a chance to increase your salary up to £70,000
