Assembly Operative – Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Denham, UK

Join a leading British engineering firm in a role that directly contributes to saving lives. As an Assembly Operative, you’ll help build advanced safety systems used in military aircraft around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fabricate components including seat pan chassis and parachute containers

Perform heat treatments, bonding, sealing, and injection moulding

Operate vertical milling machines and fit aerospace-grade hardware

Read engineering drawings and carry out quality checks

Handle fine, detailed gluing and vacuum forming work

What You’ll Need:

Experience in assembly, riveting, and adhesives

Skilled with hand tools and milling machines

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to follow precise technical instructions
