As a Business Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Your work will help shape projects from the ground up, ensuring that requirements are clear, processes are efficient, and outcomes deliver real impact.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their goals, gather requirements, and map out processes using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Visio. Your analytical mindset and data-driven approach will be key in turning insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and document analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
Conduct process mapping and documentation using Microsoft Visio
Perform data analysis to support recommendations and business decisions
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation
Support testing and change management during project deliverySkills & Experience
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
Strong stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in process mapping and documentation using Visio
Excellent requirements gathering and analytical skills
Comfortable working with data to derive insights and support business cases
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a bonusThis is a 6 Month fixed term contract, hybrid on site in Oxford at least 2 days a week, you will be paid by the end Client and be entitled to their benefits package on a pro-rata basis.
