About the Company:
Our client is a specialist cladding subcontractor operating as a key subsidiary of a major Tier 1 main contractor. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they deliver complex façade packages on major construction projects across the UK. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager with strong experience in cladding, curtain walling, and glazing systems.

Role Overview:
Based out of the Uxbridge office, the Project Manager will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects at pre-construction and delivery stages. This role will involve working closely with the internal design and buying teams, managing procurement, reading and interpreting drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination across all aspects of the façade package. The role will also require regular site visits to projects in London and Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple façade projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

Work closely with the design team to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

*

Lead procurement activities in coordination with the buying team.

*

Develop and maintain project programmes, tracking progress and resolving any issues.

*

Ensure all works are carried out in line with contract specifications, budgets, and timelines.

*

Liaise with site teams to support smooth project delivery.

*

Attend regular site visits to projects in London and Birmingham.

*

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

*

Monitor and manage health & safety, quality assurance, and compliance.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cladding, glazing, and curtain walling systems.

*

Strong technical understanding of façade systems and construction sequencing.

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documentation.

*

Experience in procurement and managing supplier relationships.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
