THE BUSINESS
Our fantastic client specialises within the Construction sector. They seek to appoint a Data Entry Administrator who is comfortable with answering inbound customer/client calls before progressing to another team member. This role is vital to maintaining up-to-date customer records, supporting team productivity, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on precision, time management, and familiarity with basic CRM functions.

THE ROLE

Email Data Entry: Accurately input email correspondence (enquiries, updates, customer interactions) into the CRM system.  
Data Verification: Review and cross-check entered data for completeness, formatting, and accuracy.  
CRM Maintenance: Update existing customer records, flag inconsistencies, and perform routine data cleanup.  
Reporting: Generate basic CRM reports (e.g., contact lists, email logs) as requested.  
Collaboration: Assist teams (Sales, Customer Service) with CRM-related tasks and troubleshoot minor issues.  
Compliance: Follow data privacy protocols and maintain confidentiality of customer information.  
Telephone Enquiries: Answering phone calls, redirecting them to the correct person or answering their query. THE PERSON

Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.  
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
Level 2 or equivalent in Administration or Information, Communication Technology (I.C.T).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
Strong time management and self-motivation.
Comfortable handling inbound/outbound phone calls from/to our customers, both existing and new prospects. TO APPLY
