E&I Technical Engineering Services –Outside IR35 – Professional Services Contract

Opportunity Overview

Wolviston Management Services are working with BellBridge who is supporting a high profile project for a major petrochemical operatore and subsequently seeking , E&I Technical Engineering expertise to supporting assurance, turnaround planning, and commissioning activity.

Scope of Services

Provision of broad-based technical support across engineering worklists, hazardous area compliance, documentation assurance, and commissioning support..

Key Deliverables

* Conduct engineering design reviews in line with client standards

* Develop and track Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

* Produce installation, commissioning and maintenance documentation

* Support the preparation and execution of system commissioning activities

* Conduct field inspections and generate technical punch lists

* Review vendor documentation and witness FAT/SAT activities

* Ensure all documentation adheres to site Management of Change (MoC) procedures

* Prepare technical reports and as-built documentation as required

* Provide assurance support across multiple engineering disciplines and phases

Competency of Assigned Consultants;

* HNC/HND qualified in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with significant experience

* Time-served professionals with equivalent industry experience will be considered

* Valid COMPEX certification is essential – must be able to assess hazardous area defects
