We’re on the lookout for a Business development Manager to cover the North of England, Scotland, and Ireland. This is a dynamic role that blends new business development with the ongoing success of existing clients. You’ll play a key part in expanding presence, growing key accounts, and shaping the future of a cutting-edge business that specialises in software used across multiple industries.

Your role will focus on two key areas:
1. Business Growth
• Seek out and develop new business opportunities in your region
• Identify key prospects and lead the charge on bringing them on board
• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and outreach
• Represent the product at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
2. Client Success & Retention
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Deliver excellent service, always aiming to exceed expectations
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure needs are met
Other responsibilities include:
• Staying sharp on industry trends and competitor activity
• Keeping the CRM and pipeline info current and accurate
• Hitting monthly KPIs and personal targets
• Delivering polished, professional proposals and presentations
• Feeding insight back to marketing and product teams to influence future direction
We’re looking for someone with:

• A solid track record in B2B sales
• Confident presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• A commercial mindset and strong technical understanding

This role is remote with the occasional need for travel so a car & licence is essential
