Job Title: Management Accountant

Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE) plus hybrid working

We're working with a well-established, forward-thinking company based just outside of Norwich, to find a talented Management Accountant who's ready to take ownership of a key finance role.

What's the Role About?

This is more than just month-end reporting. Our client is looking for someone who can bring financial data to life, guiding business decisions, shaping processes, and contributing to a culture that values continuous improvement. You'll work across departments, influence leadership, and be part of a team that offers meaningful financial insight.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Producing monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Delivering KPI and margin analysis with insightful commentary
Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decisions
Managing journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
Leading on VAT returns, cash management, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting
Supporting budget and forecast cycles, audits, and statutory reporting
Contributing to ad hoc projects and improvements in reporting systems
About You

ACCA/CIMA qualified, part-qualified or QBE
Experience with multi-currency accounting and financial systems (NetSuite/Cognos a plus)
Excellent Excel and general IT skills
Confident communicator who can build strong relationships across a business
Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
