We’re thrilled to introduce our brand-new Indoor Garden, a vibrant little oasis of greenery right inside our nursery. This space is more than just a garden; it's a hands-on, interactive environment where children can connect with nature every day, no matter the weather. It’s a place where curiosity blooms, science comes to life, and children develop a love and respect for the world around them. The garden sparks their senses, encourages exploration, and deepens their understanding of the environment in a fun, engaging way. We're excited to watch our little ones grow alongside the plants, learning about nature while creating their own memories.

What We’re Looking For:
* A nurturing leader with a strong background in early years education.
* Experience managing a nursery setting and leading a team with enthusiasm and energy.
* A passion for fostering a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
* A solid understanding of relevant regulations and early years frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and support our dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education.
* Ensure the nursery runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting all regulatory standards.
* Build strong relationships with parents and families, keeping them engaged in their child’s progress.
* Develop and implement exciting and creative activities to inspire the children’s learning.
