Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact in food manufacturing? We're looking for a Process Technologist to help turn kitchen concepts into full-scale production reality. This role is perfect if you love to get involved with process improvement but still enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

You'll be the go-to person for scaling up new products, solving production puzzles, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be working closely with R&D, engineering, planning, and quality teams, you'll make sure every launch meets top standards. With some new lines being added into this factory, you'll be part of new and exciting products!

What you'll be doing:

Turning kitchen samples into the factory
Working closely with R&D, engineering, planning, and QA teams
Tackling production challenges head-on and fixing them
Leading product improvement projects to reduce costs and boost efficiency
Taking the reins on new product launches until they're ready for the production team
Finding clever ways to improve processes and get more from our materialsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in an NPD/Process Technologist role
A safe pair of hands when it comes to project and people management
