Building services manager - Derby  

Building Services Manager / M + E Manager - An exciting opportunity for an experienced BSM (Building Services Manager) to join a highly successful main contractor. The experienced Building Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations. 

Duties

Manage all discipline sub-contractors to produce and maintain a detailed contract programme aligned with the overall project schedule.

Ensure sub-contractors submit weekly reports covering labour, plant, and materials.

Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction stages, ensuring compliance with the drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.

Experience

Hold a qualification in a recognised Building Services subject (HNC/Degree level).

Previous experience working in a Building Services role with main contractors is preferred.

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations, including The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and CDM 2015.
