Registration Manager – Exams & CPD. (6 month contract)

As Registration Manager you'll lead from the front. This is a unique opportunity to manage a dedicated team at the very heart of the registration process. Overseeing key milestones in the professional journeys of future professionals.

This role is a 6 month contract. Predominantly remote working, 4 days from home. With one day (a Tuesday), in the Chancery Lane office.

You'll be responsible for delivering seamless, high-impact operations for their Prescribed Exams and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) reviews. While also building and inspiring a high-performing team that champions quality and service.

* Lead and Inspire: Manage, support and develop the Exams & CPD team.

* Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the smooth delivery of the prescribed exam process and CPD record reviews.

* Champion Great Service: Step in as a second-line escalation point, guiding your team through complex queries with empathy, professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

* Mentor and Motivate: Train and develop your team with structured inductions, regular check-ins and an annual appraisal process.

* Make Complex Simple: Develop a process to manage complex registration applications and prepare clear, evidence-based briefings.

* Push for Progress: Use data and systems to improve efficiency, reduce risk.

* Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice to ensure the work not only complies but leads.

Experience

* Proven background in a regulatory, membership, or similar environment.

* Strong team management experience.

* Confident managing resources in high-volume, deadline-driven settings.

* Familiar with case management or CRM systems.

* Skilled in managing difficult conversations with diplomacy and tact
